Set the cord tilt aside. Take the new wand tilt mechanism and push the wand attachment at the bottom through the tilter hole. Slide the tilt rod back in through the new wand mechanism, pop the end stiffeners back on, and you’re ready to put your blinds back in the window and test your new wand tilter. Easy peasy!
How do you remove the end cap on a vertical blind?
To remove the control mechanism end cap, place thumbs on the end of the end cap at chain/cord opening. Push firmly against the end cap edges and push the sides of the end cap away from the headrail. The end cap will slide off once the sides release from the housing.
