How long do Hive TRV batteries last?
The battery life really depends on how often you wake up the thermostat display – if you’re mainly using the app and rarely touch touch the device should last you at least 12 months. We would always recommend using good quality batteries such as Duracell or Energizer and avoid using rechargeable ones.
Can you take Hive with you when you move house?
Your Hive Hub can’t be used by the new occupier of your home, so take that with you so you can install it in your new premises.You should also take any other Hive smart products with you, such as sensors, plugs, light bulbs, security cameras and any other accessories.
