Please follow these steps to take your Hive Radiator Valve (TRV) off your radiator:

  1. Press the button under the screen for 3 seconds.
  2. Hold the valve either side of the screen and rotate it anti-clockwise until the tab is visible.
  3. Depress the tab and, while keeping the tab depressed, slide the casing off.
