Your link doesn’t point to a reference for Snapbridge but rather the WU-1a/b and WMU. According to Nikon USA, Snapbridge will only work with Snapbridge enabled cameras which will start in 2016 with the D500. Snapbridge supports Bluetooth Low Energy right now. WMU only supports Wi-Fi.
