How do I update my canary Flex?
If you need to update your device to the latest version, send an email to support@canary.is that includes the serial number for the Canary device that needs to be updated. Your Canary’s serial number is located on the bottom of the device.
Does the canary camera record?
When on our Premium Service your Canary Pro will record full-length videos upon motion detection, you can also customize if the Canary Pro should record all motion or people only. These video events are then stored on your 30-day timeline and can be bookmarked if needed for longer periods of time.
Does Canary camera record sound?
Canary has three modes: Armed, which detects and records motion and sound, alerting you immediately; Disarmed, which records motion and sound but doesn’t notify you; and Privacy, which turns the camera and microphone off completely.
