The wireless panic button is designed for use with the ADT Command system. Press and hold both buttons to obtain assistance from police, fire or medical.
Although there is no panic button on the ADT app, you can currently activate the panic button on your alarm system’s control panel or key fob.
If you hold down the panic or fire alarm buttons on the keypad for 1-3 seconds, an alarm is transmitted to the ADT Customer Monitoring Center and emergency services are dispatched immediately. An alarm received in this manner cannot be cancelled.
How do I activate my ADT panic alarm?
The Panic Alarm allows you to send an alert to the ADT Alarm Monitoring Centre if you feel threatened or vulnerable in your home. Step 1: Activate the Panic Alarm using the Alarm Panel by pressing and holding and keys simultaneously for 2 seconds.
