The Ring Alarm Outdoor Siren is louder than 100dB @ 1m when set to the loudest setting. The siren is adjustable and you can set it to five volume settings between silent and maximum volume. By default, the volume will play at the lowest volume and only play for 3 minutes.

When you’re trying to turn off the siren on your Ring, you will need to open the Ring app on your phone and press disarm. From there, the siren should stop sounding. In the event of a break-in, an intruder will not be able to disarm the siren.
